By calculating the take-off data on the spot, Lido Topas simplifies the flight preparation, reduces the potential for manual errors, helps airlines to save fuel and increases on-wing time of their engines. Reduced take-off thrust can be used to put less stress on the engines resulting in a longer engine life and hence significantly lowers maintenance costs. Lido Topas calculates a more precise reduced take-off thrust than a pilot could manually by using Runway Weight Charts.
